I called to speak to an attorney about an insurance claim… Scott answered the call, all he said was “Scott Hughes”. So, I start talking and he just hangs up on me, doesn’t even say a word.

Called left message no reply. Filled out form online. Sent return email saying they would call me but call their number for more immediate service. The same number I called the day previous. I replied to the email that I called that number and will seek counsel elsewhere. Sent an immediate reply saying Scott not in office and call Nguyen for service. Not as client driven as they claim

Never returns phone calls. I found his name on google and phoned this lawyer not knowing my husband already called him. He answered the phone. There was no secretary. I asked for an appointment for a consultation and told him that I was not looking for a free one. I said “I am willing to pay for your time”. I gave him the basic information and he told me I need more than an hour and he will get back to me for an appointment. I gave him my name and my husbands names and the phone numbers. When my husband came home same evening, I told him about this conversation. He told me that I was wasting my time. He has already called him few times. Every time he promises to send something by email or call back and he never does. When I gave him my name and my husbands name, he never acknowledged that he already talked to my husband on more than one occasion. We still haven’t heard from him. I would say that is a very poor service.
