The consultant was unfamiliar with the proper rules, which made the advice provided unhelpful and not applicable to my situation. First they sent wrong picture for EAD. Have not received SSN. Been over two months since we got the EAD. Today rang the office guy called Piyush extremely rude answered and said Karan is not in the office and then when we asked that we need either SSN or interim number urgently then he said office is close. Demanded to speak to his boss and said oh you have to wait and hung up. Definitely be taking case to different law firm.
