I recommend Tom Nash extremely highly. He fought for over a year to see a DMV hearing through to a final resolution, bringing in an expert witness and getting the charge set aside. He never gave up or charged me any additional fees even though it took his time and focus to see it through to the end. He takes excellent care of his clients.
Tucked away in one of Carmel’s courtyard gems, Heather Glen Court on Mission N. of 8th.
Totally unprepared. The prosecuting attorney ran circles around him when it got to the hearing where I needed to be present. He told me he would see me again for the same small problem one day when I told him there was no more money for it on my end. 9 years later I haven’t had any issue that required a lawyer.
Highly recommend!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This guy is a joke. Very disappointing after reading all his other good reviews,…must have been friends and family members who wrote them. Do not recommend!!!

Appreciative case handling, responsible and sensitive to DWI defense. Easy to work with and great office location.
