I stumbled across Mina on FB….and happy I did ! Mina is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and supportive. She has been a huge help in guiding me through my challenges.
I had to submit a fraud dispute after discovering Mina had tried to charge me $900 for a 45 minute phone call to the IRS. We had agreed on $150 for the call (which I considered exorbitant at the time anyway), then when we got on the conference call she tried to lie to the IRS representative saying she had power of attorney. When they called her out she back peddled saying that her tax attorney was actually out but that she “always makes these calls” and “they had always taken them in the past”. They refused her on the tax attorney line as it is reserved for specialists only. Then she called the main line with me and when they picked up she was thoroughly unprepared and had literally no idea why we were calling (despite having had all the paperwork shared w her). She just said “ok go ahead and tell them what you need”. This woman was actually trying to charge me $150 for dialing a phone number and having me do the work.
I have worked with Mina and her team for a few years. She’s consistent, thorough, and has great communication skills. I travel a bunch so I needed someone could help me via email and phone. She’s patient, understanding, and honest. I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing my taxes with anybody else.

I checked out the reviews this place has on Yelp and, as often, found them to be very misleading… either friends or incentivized past customers. I found the woman who runs this place (Mina) to be totally disorganized, untrustworthy and unhelpful.
