I wouldn’t recommend this firm to my injured fish. Like it has been since March 2024 and I have made all the attempts to get them what they need and hope to speed this up. Like it is not hard or rocket science to keep in contact with someone who has been in a wreck. I am being irritated and the number that the “owner” is leaving in the reviews is a fake number. I would have rather went through a paid attorney this is sad. you guys suck. the receptionist and legal aids suck to. all I want is addt information even if I wasn’t getting any thing back like I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy fr

I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY to this law firm they are the absolute worst. I started my case Nov 2023 I was pregnant during the accident and seriously hurt . My car was totaled and went months without a vehicle. They are very attentive when your case begins after I sign the release of records form I was given the runaround I NEVER spoke with my attorney every time I called I was sent to the voicemail with NO Return calls. When I did speak with someone it was always blaming it on they couldn’t get records which is weird because no one never call and stated they couldn’t get them. I obtained all of my own records sent them and was told they had everything and the insurance company had 30 days to respond and someone will reach out to me. 3 mos went by still no response?! Every time I call and made a complaint and shared my concerns I was told it was going to the complaint department and someone a call me in 24-48 hours NEVER received one call. I asked for the address to send the attorney a termination letter so I can move forward with my new counsel and was given a fake address smh when I call to confront them they switch they story and said they wasn’t allowed to give out the address which is weird. After stating I wasn’t happy and I wanted to terminate the service I was told someone a call me within 24-48 hours still no response call back 4 days later now they claim they can’t find my case smh. They do all that false advertising on the radio to get your services to do nothing they claim they gone do… no need to respond with that fake generated message after my review the number y’all have to call is a FAKE number. This whole law firm is a SCAM please take you service elsewhere. Zero stars

I have one question how are these people lawyers with such poor communication skills? Absolutely the worse experience possible dealing with a firm and this was my first experience. They don’t respond to emails or calls, they don’t keep you updated, and you have to gather all the paperwork on your own to give to them and they still don’t do their job with it. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend

No communication

If I could make this a ZERO I would. Thank you for not helping us at all. My fiancé and our children were hit by a semi and pushed into another truck. We are all injured and trying to recover so I thought hiring an attorney to help us through this process would be one more thing off of my plate while attempting to heal. The lack of communication is crazy but dropping me as a client is even crazier. I was told I was dropped as a client because the TRUCKER provided inaccurate insurance information. That stressed me completely out because I had done nothing wrong and I thought MY attorney was supposed to fight for me. Thank God I have a trucker friend who told me what steps I should take. 1 phone call and I obtained the correct insurance information. It sucks to feel like my attorney wasn’t even willing to make 1 phone call for me. Anyway, glad you all saved me 35% by being too lazy to call DOT.

My friend was in a horrible accident with an 18 wheeler who was at fault. She reached out to this law firm to assist with legal action. Unfortunately, the driver in the 18 wheeler who hit my friend (also causing trauma to her two young daughters who’s severely injured, including her and her fiancé) gave the police the incorrect insurance information. Without doing any further research, they reached out to my friend and told her they were dropping her case because the driver reported an incorrect insurance policy and it was nothing they could do. Luckily my friend has me as a knowledgeable truck driver and I easily instructed her to contact DOT to get the correct insurance policy on that carrier. One call to the department of transportation and she was able to obtain the correct active & current policy, the addresses, the names, and etc. It’s safe to safe this firm was lazy and she’s now going to take her business else where. They didn’t even try!

This rating is for their (Top Dog Law) advertising only. It is HORRIBLE! Why all the shouting? How is that suppose to make me feel comfortable in your ability? Instead, when I hear your ads, I turn the channel! So, that’s a no for me Dog!

Two different lawyers and a case manager have quit while doing my case. It has taken almost 3 years for them to get my settlement and now they will not answer my calls, mail me my check, or respond to my emails. They are swindelers and are holding on to my money longer so they do not have to give me my settlement. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst lawyers and lawyer office I have ever had to work with. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

I’m in the beginning stages but I feel like the evaluation & intake team cared about how this has effected my life.
