You can do worse than Herschel as you’re searching for legal counsel. But know this: If you hire Herschel, you’re going to have to keep on him and pressure him to keep your case moving forward. Herschel wasted so much time spinning his wheels on my simple case, that my employer got tired of waiting for my clearances to be reinstated, and I was terminated. Had Herschel taken my case seriously, it would have cleared in two months, but because Herschel fiddled around for so long, this thing went on needlessly for five months. And when we finally got to court, Herschel’s constant sniffling caused me to wonder what the heck was going on. It didn’t seem like a cold or allegies, but I didn’t ask either. I just wanted to get out of there as rapidly as I could.
