I cannot recommend Jason enough! For 20+ years my family had been trying to get my brother a visitor’s visa to no avail. My brother’s situation is unique as he required a Hranka waiver and not many attorneys handle these type of waivers and/or really have the knowledge/experience with them. Jason was recommended to me because he has had experience with these waivers. The process took over 2 years, mainly due to backlogs from COVID and overall delay in processing times. Just like with anything with immigration, brace yourself with patience and trust the process. As I write this, my brother is currently in the US because the Hranka waiver was granted and the visitor’s visa was approved. After 20+ years, we are able to share a Christmas together as a family stateside. Thank you Jason and team!
