Sadly they are nothing but scam , we owe IRS 23,000 by the time we hired this company , that actually was tax help usa, now we owe more than 55000 and they never answer , we paid 4500.00 they was asking for 700.00 more , is 2025 tax year and I’m freaking worry , never follow RADIO advertising

Please look at all recent 5 star reviews, some are duplicates and all of them were 3 months ago. They are writing their own reviews on Google to up their star rating.
LDT was initially contacted by phone on August 23, 2024 to resolve an outstanding IRS issue: tax obligations/penalties. During the call, a spokesperson for the firm, Eric Parker, acknowledged and assured, based on information provided, LTD could address and resolve our IRS issue. However, for them to proceed a $500 deposit was required; this was to generate and reviews “numerous” reports.
Do not repeat do not use this company. They scammed me for over $4500 never resolved anything other than to tell me what was left over of my pay was the amount IRS wanted for resolution of my issue. They did not reduce the debt at all! I was told they would either reduce it or get rid of it completely but all they did was take my money and now want me to pay the IRS over $500 a month when I am on disability and a retirement. OK I was already paying the IRS when they called me and wanted me to sign up and the only reason why I signed up with them was because they could get it completely reduced or reduced a lot.
I’ve had an account with these people for over a year without receiving resolution over past taxes. At first they seemed legitimate, but now I can’t reach them at all. My advice, run, don’t walk, away from doing business with these folks. Unless of course you enjoy pain.
