My experience at the downtown Mobile location My experience at the downtown Mobile location, was horrible the guy that handled my first transaction was OK nothing to complain about but when I needed to speak to a banker, there wasn’t one near , so Katie Boyington, who was very racist towards me and looking at the reviews I see she’s been profiling other African-American bankers as well. This experience was so horrible for me. I will be closing my account this week once my transactions are done pending I’ve never had a problem with Regions . I’ve been with them since I open my account when I was 16 and one step closer to filing a bbb complaint of how horribly I was treated.
