Never filed my paperwork, never called, even though I turned everything in 2 months prior. Doesn’t give 2 shits. Run far away. Now my empty house is months behind being able to sell. He may have money and it’s nothing to him, but it’s everything to me. Should be called Wrong @Wrong

I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now for this company to contact my husband and myself regarding a contract that was drawn up. We want to pay our house off, and Wright and Wright will not return our phone calls at all. I spoke with someone in the office, and I was called rude for asking if Mr. Johnson could please call me. The lady on the phone then proceeded to hang up on me. One suggestion, if you have a customer on the phone please pull their file first to answer any questions, then you might keep your customers from getting upset. I don’t expect a phone call anytime.
