Mr. Burdick represented me for almost 3 1/2 years for my divorce case and he did absolutely nothing for me. He separated me and my children by not fighting for me when I was the plaintiff laying on my back in the hospital. I was in the military serving our country and I was away taking care of the American people and I was in the hospital after a serious injury which almost made me lose my leg. He gave me absolutely no results while I was laid on my back. I spent almost $15,000-$20,000 for his services and I ended up in jail for no reason after I finished my recovery period and returned home. He left a disabled veteran hanging and I don’t respect that. That’s not how the judicial system should work. Once I returned home I found out my ex-wife was having an extra-marital affair and she stole over $100,000 out of our joint account while I was in the hospital and Austin wasn’t there to help. There is a lot of collusion in the Bessemer judicial system and I would not hire him. Save your money! Go to Atlanta or find attorney that’s not trying to just take your money. Go find someone that gets results.

Austin stuck by me throughout my uphill battle when no other attorney would take my case due to the unprecedented circumstances it involved.
